About the Program:
The Project of Managing Time
In today’s workplace many
people are busy. Yet some of us are much more productive than
others. While several factors can influence our level of
productivity, the most critical element is usually how we spend our
time. Because the project manager often has many demands on
his/her time, this session is designed to provide a review of effective
time management strategies that can improve productivity.
In this session we will
• Personally assess our time management patterns
• Review common time wasters in business
• Discuss methods to overcome the top time waster
