It seems common trend in the industry to consider project dependencies and yet organizations find themselves having kicked-off projects simultaneously, which otherwise should have been sequenced for the execution. Organizations typically have adequate project management processes and infrastructure but when it comes to execution it is the project inter dependencies and hand-offs that challenge the organizations and become “talk of the town” at the steering committee and executive level.

Pritish has setup PMO infrastructure, enabled transparency, stakeholder management and introduced processes leading to efficient implementations.
About the Washington Circle Luncheons
PMIWDC's Washington Circle luncheons are a series of free brownbag luncheons hosted at 2101 L St NW in Downtown DC. There are luncheons every fourth Wednesday of the month, unless posted otherwise.
Formerly known as the McPherson Square luncheons, this program series is made possible by the generous support of RTKL Associates, a full-service planning, architecture and creative services organization based in Washington Circle.
