February 2012 Crystal City Dinner Sponsorship

PMIWDC's Monthly Chapter Dinner is the largest recurring gathering of project managers and PMOs in the DC area. Between 300 and 450 project managers meet on the 3rd Tuesday of each month in Falls Church for networking and education. The dinner is always accompanied by additional free educational programs, such as PM Tools, Leadership Training Sessions, and Member Orientations that draw several hundred more attendees beyond those attending the dinner.

Chapter dinner sponsorships cost $500 per event.
  • A 6" table or booth space in the networking area of the event. The table will be set up in an area separate and distinct from the PMIWDC educational session (e.g. outside the dining room) for you to display information about your company's products/services. You may provide your own computer or other technology to assist in promoting their products or services. You may sell their products at your table. You may also distribute items from your table.

  • Inclusion in the sponsor acknowledgment slide in the event slide presentation. 

  • Tickets to the event for up to 2 guests at no charge, and up 5 more at member prices.

  • The opportunity to can hold prize drawings and distribute promotional items. If you hold a prize drawing, the winner will be announced by the emcee at the beginning of the event if you request it.
